This ranges from expert and friendly advice and support to on-schedule order processing and the flexible and short-term implementation of change requests, taking into account the specified product requirements.

The management specifies the company goals and orientations. It ensures that the employees have the necessary resources and freedom. The employees are involved to a high degree informally and materially in the business processes in order to use their abilities in the best possible way to achieve the company goals.

Errors should be avoided in advance and not only recognized, pointed out and eliminated after their occurrence:
- Every employee has the duty to ensure product quality within the framework of the specified quality requirements, such as quality standards or other agreements with the customers.
- Every employee is authorized to point out problems that can influence the quality of the products or to propose measures for their elimination.
The management has set itself the task of monitoring and evaluating these established quality principles and the introduced quality management system.
