Standard and special productions according to your wishes or problems solved with our CNC/NC powered presses:

5 broad presses and 8 strip presses and punch-nibble machines, 2x6m laser as well as special plastics treatment machines with up to 300 tons of thrust force punch, shaping, punching of materials up to 2000mm in width and 30mm thickness.

3 straightening machines provide for perfect flatness after punching.

The possibility of subsequent treatment is guaranteed by guillotine shears, bending presses, folding presses, eccentric presses, bending rollers and many other machines.

Our own tool construction plant designs, manufactures and maintains the necessary tools and devices.

In principle we are able carry out any technically executable punching in as good as all materials because we have a large number of machines and tools as well as a modern, equipped construction plant in which

• construction
• new preparation
• maintenance

of the different perforations, bends and punching tools are made.
At this point it is to be said that we can also carry out the punching of so-called border perforations, i.e.

Hole diameter = plate thickness

in high-grade steel.
